Needs repair. This truck was previously part of a rental fleet. Seller reports that while out on rental, the customer drove the truck at speeds over 45 MPH with the PTO engaged, resulting in damage to the PTO and transmission and burning a portion of the wiring harness. The truck had to be towed and the driveshaft was disconnected for towing. Seller reports that the engine runs; however, we were unable to verify this due to the damaged/burned wiring harness.
