Seller reports this starts & runs but no title. The lift gate does not work. Was only used on property

Seller reports the vehicle title has been placed in junk status. Vehicle is being sold with the title in junk status. Oahu Auctions and the seller make no representations regarding the ability to title, register or legally operate the vehicle and will not provide any assistance with title, registration or changing the vehicle’s junk status. Important Notice Online auction ends Nov. 3 (starts closing at 6pm, with lots closing in one-minute intervals).

Payment due by 1pm Nov. 4. Payment by VISA/MC, cashier's check, wire transfer, cash. 3% fee on Visa/MC transactions. If payment is not received by that time, your credit card on file will be charged the invoice amount plus 3% credit card transaction fee.
